A few times a year, we host small, half day retreats for mothers in the postnatal months.

It’s a carefully thought out experience for women who have been managing motherhood but feel the quiet weight of holding everything together.

Created by doctors who are mothers themselves, the day supports emotional and physical recovery without pressure to share, perform or explain yourself.
